Refund Policy

In the case of unforeseen circumstance, the West River History Conference Board of Directors will allow 100% refund for cancellations by September 20, 2025, with payout after November1, 2025. NO REFUND ON REGISTRATION AFTER SEPTEMBER 20TH.

COVID-19 and ACCESS

By attending the West River History Conference, you voluntarily assume all risks associated or related to COVID-19 including any or all risks associated with access. A ramp entrance and golf cart will be provided to conference areas.

Expulsion

Individuals disrupting the conference proceedings, in any manner, are subject to removal from the event with no refund on registration.
